Duration of the Warranty:

All Splashko water guns are backed by a 1-3 year limited warranty (depending on the model's spec sheet) from the date of purchase.

To benefit from the warranty, you will need to present a valid proof of purchase. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, Splashko will repair or replace the water gun at our discretion, at no additional cost.

If a problem arises within 15 days of purchase, return shipping costs are entirely our responsibility. After this period, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
